You might also be interested to know that a pint of Guinness can cost as little as €2.85 in Galway if you know where to go and as much as €4 in some Dublin hotels. Typical Dublin prices are €3.30 to $3.45 and perhaps a bit more if you decide to drink in the Temple Bar area.
