There are always opportunities for new
high technology businesses.
EnterpriseSTART Workshops in the Border
Region Encourage Potential Entrepreneurs to Explore their Business
Ideas
If you are considering
setting up a business and have an idea for an innovative, export
focused start-up company, the EnterpriseSTART series of introductory
workshops being run by Enterprise Ireland will help you explore
these ideas further. The first workshop runs for two consecutive
evenings from 6.30pm – 9.30pm on Tuesday 6th and Wednesday
7th October 2009 in Sligo and further workshops will be held at
other locations in Cavan/Louth on the 13th and 14th of October
and 3rd and 4th November in Donegal.
The focus of the
workshop is to help potential entrepreneurs examine all aspects
of what is involved in setting up an export oriented business
and helping them determine if entrepreneurship is the right course
for them. Local entrepreneurs and business experts will share
their experiences of starting up and running successful enterprises,
looking at what is involved in the business development process,
while Enterprise Ireland will outline the full range of supports
available for entrepreneurs with new and innovative business ideas.
