Carlow: Free offices going in Bagenalstown |

Dublin-based Conor Mohan and Michael Ryan, who bought Barrow House in Bagenalstown three years ago, are now offering the office and retail units free of charge. They are particularly targeting people who have been made redundant and those who have an idea for starting their own businesses. At present the building has one tenant, but he is talking of leaving so Conor and Michael are anxious to see new tenants, who will have rent-free accommodation until their business moves into profit. The building comprises offices on the upper floor and two retail units at ground level.
