Jason Sinnott (31) of Bridgetown, Wexford who has cerebral palsy, is to receive €900k in a High Court settlement following the death of his primary carer, his mother Margaret Sinnott (48). She died in a road accident four years ago when her car was hit by another vehicle which in turn was said to have been hit by a car driven by Lee Cummins of New Ross, Co. Wexford. Mr Sinnott had brought the proceedings against Mr Cummins.
