Funeral of UN victim of Haitian earthquake |

Some 500 people attended the funeral in Co. Cavan last Sunday of Andrew Grene (44), the United Nations official who was killed in the Haitian Earthquake. Following a service at Annagh parish church in Belturbet, Mr Grene's remains were interred in the adjacent churchyard. His coffin had been draped in the UN flag which was presented to his wife Jennifer, who was accompanied by their sons Patrick and Nicolas, and their daughter Rosamund.
