Complete Telecom, the managed network and telecoms services provider, has named Derek Vard as its new chief financial officer. Derek will be responsible for the entire finance function of Complete Telecom and overseeing a reorganisation and streamlining of the business. He joins Complete from Ashville Media Group, where he was finance director from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, he was general manager of Coretime from 1999 to 2004.
